Main structure

How does the metal plate roller work?
A steel plate bender bends and shapes metal sheets into cylindrical or conical forms using three or four motorized rollers. The process starts by feeding the metal sheet between the rollers. The top roller applies downward pressure while the side or bottom rollers move the sheet incrementally, gradually bending it to the desired curvature. Some machines have pre-bending capabilities to minimize flat ends. CNC or hydraulic controls allow precise adjustments for different thicknesses and diameters.
